Opis projektu:

Kiosk Smile Park is a self-service ticketing application installed on touchscreen stands inside Smile Park locations. It brings the core ticket-purchase functionality of the Smile Park mobile app directly into the park, so guests can choose activities and buy tickets on site without installing an app or waiting for a cashier.

The kiosk supports the complete purchase flow: selecting park zones and ticket types, adding optional equipment, reviewing an order, paying by bank card, and receiving printed tickets from the printer built into the stand.

Proces

We adapted the existing Smile Park purchasing logic for a large portrait touchscreen and a short, public self-service session. The interface uses large targets, clear pricing, persistent actions, and focused modal steps so first-time visitors can complete an order quickly while standing at the kiosk.

The application was integrated with the park backend, card-payment flow, and the stand’s built-in printer. We also designed kiosk-specific states for payment confirmation, QR-code renewal, inactivity countdowns, cancellation, and automatic session reset to protect the next visitor from seeing the previous order.

The resulting flow covers family tickets, extreme attractions, VR experiences, roller-rink services, optional equipment, mixed orders, and immediate ticket printing from one unattended terminal.

Rezultaty

Kiosk Smile Park gives visitors a cashier-free way to purchase tickets at the point of visit. Guests can independently build an order, pay by card, and collect printed tickets in one guided flow.

For the park, the solution reduces pressure on cashier desks, improves throughput during busy periods, and extends the existing digital ticketing platform to guests who arrive without the mobile application.
