O-key AI is an advanced CRM system with integrated AI models. Built-in AI agents handle most CRM workflows: client messaging, sales dialogues, meeting transcriptions, and more. They also assist users with content generation for social media, virtual AI photoshoots, photo editing, and creating promotional material
Beyond automation, the system includes all essential CRM features: contact management, notes and messenger integrations. It’s also available as a white-label B2B solution, allowing clients to brand and customize it for their own businesses.
Process
The client came to us at the ideation stage, seeking technical expertise. We began by developing an MVP with core features to validate the concept. Once the first wave of user feedback and initial revenue came in, we moved into an iterative development cycle – enhancing the product based on user needs. This close, ongoing collaboration with the client remains central to how we evolve and refine the solution.
