forYou Breath is a guided breathwork app designed to make calmer days, clearer focus, and better sleep easier to build into a daily routine. Users choose an intention such as calm, energy, concentration, or nighttime rest and follow paced breathing sessions supported by sound and visual guidance.
The experience combines short pranayama exercises, a configurable breathing timer, original session music, day and night environments, and simple onboarding around sleep habits. The product is built for quick breaks, morning preparation, evening wind-down, meditation, and moments when stress needs to come down fast.
Process
We expanded the forYou wellness portfolio by turning a proven breathing-practice concept into a more visual, goal-led mobile product. Product discovery centered on reducing the friction of breathwork: make the next exercise obvious, keep controls readable during a session, and let sound carry the practice when users do not want to watch the screen.
The cross-platform Flutter application was designed and engineered for iOS and Android with reusable exercise logic, timed inhale and exhale phases, audio playback, session progress, subscription access, and localized store delivery. The content system supports distinct daytime, relaxation, focus, and sleep scenarios without fragmenting the core experience.
Results
The product surpassed 100,000 downloads on Google Play and built a visible base of user reviews. Feedback particularly highlights the straightforward experience, visual atmosphere, music, and the value of the exercises for relaxation and sleep.
The reusable platform gives the product team a foundation for expanding exercises, music, languages, and wellness scenarios while maintaining one consistent breathing engine across both mobile platforms.
