forYou is an app that helps users perform facial massages using Augmented Reality. Utilizing the smartphone’s frontal camera, massage lines are displayed on the user's face, making the massage process extremely convenient.

The result is healthy, youthful, and firm skin without wrinkles. Additionally, the app includes a content module with articles that assist users in proper skin care, personalized massage course selection, a before-and-after progress tracker, and other features.

Process

We began with market analysis, confirming clear demand for a facial massage solution. From there, we adopted an iterative development approach, starting with the core feature: real-time AR-guided facial massage. We continuously listened to our users, conducting interviews and analyzing feedback to understand what additional features would provide real value. Every new module was grounded in real user needs – this is our lean philosophy in action.

Results

The product successfully found its niche and loyal audience. It has surpassed 4 million downloads and boasts over 250,000 monthly active users. Users consistently leave reviews praising both functionality and impact. A significant portion of downloads comes through referrals.
