Project Description:
The mission behind this project was to expand our product portfolio by creating an app that helps users build a consistent and effective face yoga routine. The main requirement was a streamlined flow focused on results – firm, well-defined facial contours with minimal friction.
FaceYoga & Exercise delivers on that goal. The app allows users to build daily routines, monitor their progress, access valuable health content, and achieve visible, lasting results.
Process
We began by analyzing the market and identifying face yoga as an opportunity to reach new audiences while diversifying revenue streams. Leveraging the existing codebase from our main product (forYou), we accelerated development and launched a solution with new positioning and branding. This approach allowed us to efficiently enter adjacent niches and address specific user needs without reinventing the core technology
Results
The result was a strategic diversification of our revenue channels, achieved quickly, effectively, and with minimal overhead. FaceYoga & Exercise captured a new segment of the Health & Fitness market, reaching users who were not served by our primary product. The app delivers significant business value while expanding our impact in the wellness domain.
