Project Description:

Amibudget is an AI financial concierge that helps people understand their money and move toward one clear, well-reasoned financial decision. Instead of adding more dashboards and alerts, the product turns everyday financial data into focused guidance for individuals, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses.

The mobile experience combines income and expense tracking, category analytics, period comparisons, simple budgeting, and a conversational AI assistant. Users can quickly record transactions, spot recurring patterns, compare spending over time, and ask for practical guidance without leaving the app.

Process

We shaped the product from financial concierge positioning into a practical mobile experience. The first release focused on the daily loop that creates useful data: a fast transaction flow, flexible categories, a clear account overview, and analytics that make changes in spending easy to understand.

The product and engineering teams built the iOS and Android applications, backend services, financial visualizations, and AI conversation layer as one modular platform. Shared components and structured data flows made it possible to add comparison periods, category histories, filters, and new guidance scenarios without fragmenting the experience.

The MVP launched in August 2025 and has continued through frequent store releases. The architecture was prepared for secure financial-data integrations, Open Banking expansion, and a broader decision engine while keeping the current experience simple, transparent, and compliant with European privacy requirements.

Results

Amibudget became a live cross-platform product with more than 5K Google Play downloads and users across Poland, the United States, Canada, and Spain. Store feedback highlights the app's approachable interface, stability, and clear presentation of financial information.

The product now provides a reusable foundation for both personal and business finance: transaction capture, visual analytics, conversational guidance, and a roadmap toward real-time financial decision intelligence rather than another passive expense tracker.
