Project Description:
Smile Park is a digital ticketing and booking app for a children’s entertainment center. It allows families to purchase tickets online, use a digital loyalty card, book celebration packages, and stay informed about upcoming events and promotions.
The goal was to digitize the guest experience — eliminate queues, simplify payments, and make it effortless to plan themed visits such as birthdays or family weekends.
Process
We began by mapping the full customer journey, identifying friction points in ticket purchase, entry, and communication. From there, we built an integrated mobile solution that united ticketing, loyalty, and booking in a single app.
Key modules included:
– Online ticketing: instant purchase and entrance without queues.
– Digital loyalty: reward points and bonus payments, no plastic cards.
– Booking system: quick reservation of events and services.
– Promotions and updates: automatic access to current offers and programs.
– Feedback section: direct reviews for continuous improvement.
Results
The app reduced entrance wait times and increased overall satisfaction. Returning visits and in-app engagement grew due to loyalty integration and timely communication.
Smile Park achieved a smoother guest flow, improved conversion rates for celebration bookings, and strengthened its digital presence.
