Project Description:
MyFello is an app designed to enhance training and strengthen the bond between pet owners and their animals. It provides valuable information to assist in various situations, such as overcoming separation anxiety, teaching pets to react calmly to different sounds, and more. The content and training programs are tailored to the pet's age and gender, offering a personalized experience for each user.
Beyond automation, the system includes all essential CRM features: contact management, notes and messenger integrations. It’s also available as a white-label B2B solution, allowing clients to brand and customize it for their own businesses.
Process
The client came to us at the ideation stage, seeking technical expertise. We began by developing an MVP with core features to validate the concept. Once the first wave of user feedback and initial revenue came in, we moved into an iterative development cycle – enhancing the product based on user needs. This close, ongoing collaboration with the client remains central to how we evolve and refine the solution.
Results
